Just a quick email to say thank you and to say how great Tim was yesterday!  I sincerely appreciate all the effort Tim continues to provide us.  You are lucky to have Tim on your team!  It is a pleasure to work with him.  yesterday was a full day here at Tower East and Tim was a big part of what we felt was a successful day.  I stopped down in the lobby and concourse level several times through the day and was welcomed by hearing and seeing Tim working with CDC to resolve our issues on the doors locking properly.  It is great to see, hear, and for me to be a part of a project completed so efficiently!  Tim continues to amaze me with his natural way of being kind, patient, accommodating, and professional.  The extra steps he takes to ensure I understand is a breath of fresh air!
